Carrickmacross Toy Library

We are an independent toy library - volunteer-led and 100% non-profit - serving the community of Carrickmacross and surrounding areas.

Our mission is to provide families and caregivers with access to safe, high quality, sustainably sourced and educational toys

 

We strive to maintain a service that is affordable to all sections of the community and to provide a consistent, high quality level of service.

                        

 

How it Works 

~ Choose from our wide range of toys suitable from birth to around age 8. 

~ Borrow four toys at a time for a period of up to three weeks.

~ Browse online, reserve toys and collect from our Toy Library, which is based in the Carrickmacross Shopping Centre, 13a Main Street, Carrickmacross (underneath Hughes' Coffee Shop).

~ We are open Friday mornings, 10am-midday; alternate Saturday afternoons, 2.30-4.30pm; and alternate Wednesdays, 3-5pm. Please check social media (Facebook and Instagram, @cmxtoylibrary) to check our opening days for the current month.

How to Join

* Membership is priced at €12 per quarter / €20 per six months / €35 per year

* Register via the link in the top menu.

* Membership for schools/educational settings is €30 for six months. Please contact us info@cmxtoylibrary.ie for more information.

Carrickmacross Toy Library is a registered charity (no. 20205141)

and a member of the International Toy Library Association (ITLA).
